We make it easy for you to see the processing status of the files that you upload, keeping you up-to-date with optional updates via email, and the ability to see the current status of each of your uploaded files in your status-center.
Email communications
If you opt to receive email communications (recommended) you will get the following status updates for each processing file submitted:
- File received/validation complete: We aim to let you know that we have received and validated your file within a few minutes of you submitting the job. This lets you know that we have begun working on it, that it meets the formatting requirements and provides confirmation of the processing to be performed. If you do not receive this confirmation, we suggest that you resubmit the processing, double-checking that you entered the correct user-name: if you still have problems just contact support.
- Initial processing complete: This lets you know that the processing has completed and that we have transferred the initial processing file to your download folder in Google Drive. Typically you should receive this within 24-hours, and often a lot sooner.
- Final processing complete: This lets you know that the processing has completed and that we have transferred the final processing file to your download folder in Google Drive. We aim to have this to you within 7-days.
Status dashboard
While it is typically useful to get updates about the status of your processing, if you are sending multiple files to be processed, we suggest using the status-dashboard to keep track of your processing.
In your Google Drive folder, you will find a sheet titled 'status dashboard'. This file lets you see at a glance the status of all of your current processing, as well as providing a record of previously processed files.
